Plants
We sell a wide range of plants, some of which are grown ourselves on our nursery and some of which are brought in from other carefully selected nurseries, mostly in the UK. All plants will be inspected prior to despatch by our skilled horticulturists so that only good quality plants will be sent. We endeavour to keep our plants free from pests and diseases by using good husbandry and biological control, and only resort to chemical control when absolutely necessary. Please remember that deciduous plants lose their leaves in winter and so if buying in the October to March period you may get what looks like sticks in a pot! Or in the case of Herbaceous plants a pot of nothing but compost! However, these plants are alive and well; they will perk up and show growth as soon as the weather warms up in spring.
