Tia chimeneas have two coats of heat-resistant paint followed by one coat of decorative paint. These chimeneas will rust after a while, however they can be repainted with heat proof paint if required. Steel and cast iron can be repainted.
We recommend a large size cover CHICOVER2 with this item to help protect it from the elements and we advise storing the chimenea for the winter to prolong its life.
