Charcoal Barbecues
Many people still prefer charcoal barbecues for that special 'cooked on charcoal taste'. They do take slightly longer to get going than a gas barbecue but that does of course give time for that extra glass of wine! There are several models to suit most requirements. If there is normally a small group of you barbecuing the omega 200 charcoal would be plenty big enough. If you have a large family or are a party animal and like to have alot of friends round go for the larger Flamer or Cook Dome. Using a firepit or chiminea is also an option as many of these are fitted with barbecue grills, especially if you like the 'smoked' taste of food cooked on a wood fire.
