We will then deliver your goods direct to your doorstep, or you may collect either from our warehouse in Melbourne, Derbshire or from our garden centre. This collection facility is available by prior arrangement - a quick phone call will enable us to have your goods ready for collection. When you order your goods, we ask if you could please enter any special delivery instructions during the checkout process, in the box provided. We appreciate not everyone is at home to receive their goods so we suggest you request delivery to a work address where you would be able to check your goods for any damage before signing for the delivery. If this is not possible, you can ask a neighbour to sign for your goods, but again they would need to check the goods for damage and if there is any damage to the packaging or goods inside, that this is noted on the driver's paperwork. Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of your delivery. A daytime telephone number or mobile number is also a great help in case the courier has difficulty finding your property.
